BLINGTITUDE LENS is a creative team assessment for HR and leadership teams in Nigeria. We place staff in a hands-on craft challenge under time pressure, observe how each person responds, and turn what we see into practical insight for promotion, placement and hiring.

How it fits your process
LENS adds to your interviews, appraisals and formal assessments. It does not replace them. Staff experience it as an enjoyable team session.
We agree with HR beforehand how observations are recorded, stored and shared. Staff are told up front that the session includes observation, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Questions, answered
Is this a psychometric test?
No. It is structured observation of real behaviour during a creative task, designed to complement the tools you already use.
Who is it for?
HR teams, people managers and leadership teams planning promotions, team restructures or hiring.
How much does LENS cost?
A LENS insight report for HR and leadership can be added to a Team Experience for ₦400,000. Standalone LENS engagements are quoted after a conversation about what you want to understand.
Can it run alongside a team building day?
Yes. LENS works well inside a team building session.
How is staff data handled?
We agree with HR how observations are recorded, stored and shared before the session, and staff are told the session includes observation, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
