BLINGTITUDE runs hands-on creative team building and team bonding experiences for companies in Lagos. Teams design and build something together, from rhinestone pieces to custom merch, and every session is built around your company’s core values.
What a session looks like
Your team works in groups on a real creative challenge. It is small, precise and slightly hard, so people have to plan, share tools, help each other and finish under time pressure. Nobody needs to be artistic.
We design the challenge around one or two of your values. If your value is collaboration, the task cannot be finished alone. If it is excellence, the finish is judged. Your people leave with a piece they made and a lesson they felt.

Questions, answered
How much does team building cost?
Our Team Experience starts from ₦1,500,000 for up to 25 people. That covers a half-day session at your venue, all materials, facilitation around your values, a finished piece for everyone, and photos and a short film of the day. Larger groups and full days are quoted on request. Prices exclude VAT.
Where do sessions take place?
At your office, a venue of your choice in Lagos, or our studio at 37 Akinwunmi Street, Alagomeji-Yaba. We also run sessions outside Lagos, with travel and logistics quoted separately.
How many people can take part?
The standard session is designed for up to 25 people. For bigger teams we run larger formats or several groups. Tell us your headcount and we will plan around it.
How long is a session?
A standard session is half a day. Full-day sessions are quoted on request.
Do my staff need to be creative?
No. We guide every step. The challenge tests teamwork and patience, not artistic skill.
Do staff keep what they make?
Yes. Each person or team takes home their finished piece.
Can we add a team insight report for HR?
Yes. A BLINGTITUDE LENS insight report for HR and leadership can be added to any Team Experience for ₦400,000.
